Iceland Workshop - Destination wedding photographer Dubrovnik, Croatia

Let's create!Iceland Workshopwith Sascha Kraemer

“Knowledge has a beginning. But no end.”
— Albert Einstein

Last October I was fortunate enough to team up with Sascha Kraemer and put together a workshop in Iceland. Sharing our experience and knowledge with 16 creatives through the adventurous Icelandic landscapes and landmarks. From the beginnings of our careers to booking clients around the globe, we put together a meaningful and, above all, practical knowledge base you can use for your business from the very start.
Don’t think of this as a workshop. Think of it as an experience. How to start off from scratch? Where to invest your time? How to gain exposure and filter perfect clients? How to set up your pricing? From legal stuff to shooting and editing. This two day adventure will leave you charged up for the challenges ahead, answering questions that matter most in the industry today.

WHY ICELAND?

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
So, you always wanted to visit Iceland and return home with shots for your portfolio? Here is your chance. On top of that, we will be including a list of giveaways, tools and documents you will need to push forward. Unlike everything else, our support doesn’t stop the moment we part ways. We will be there through our closed community to back up each others when times get challenging or questions need answering. It’s a lot easier working together, isn’t it? See what’s included on the right.
Two day workshop with Marko and Sascha, shared accommodation in rooms with up to 6 participants, food (breakfast, snack lunch and dinner), wedding photography contract in German and English (value 199€), Sascha’s Oh yes presets (value 89€), interactive PDF knowledge base, continuous support through private social media group and a free handmade wedding album of your choice from Flori Color (valued 200€)!

Who am I?

If you are unfamiliar with my work, let me introduce myself quickly here. My name is Marko and I shoot weddings. Quietly and honestly. I don’t consider myself a storyteller or a photojournalist. My approach to weddings is better described as honest and human. I’m open, simple and constantly smiling guy with a beard. I love the sound of my yellow Telecaster guitar, taste of a sushi, Monty Python jokes, click of a shutter and a feeling that an airplane take-off has. Pursuing a corporative career in the past left me with a set of marketing and communication skills that I use as a huge advantage in my photography business today. I was lucky enough to have my work recognised by Rangefinder magazine who named me one of their rising stars. I’m also a Nikon ambassador. When I am not taking photos, I enjoy traveling. I particularly enjoy doing both at the same time. This, among other things, is what I’d like to share with you in Iceland. Find a short preview of my portfolio below.
